Apex - Key Personnel	Robert Horsford President Mr. Horsford is the President of Apex Building Company. He has extensive construction and project management experience. Mr. Horsford was a Project Manager on a $1.5 Billion global construction project for Bell Atlantic. In this capacity, he served as the Project Manager of telecommunication buildings erected in Asia, Europe, and North Africa, to which he frequently traveled. Prior to Bell Atlantic, Mr. Horsford worked as a Construction Manager for Gilbane Building Company, a general contracting firm located in Providence, RI. While at Gilbane, he focused primarily on the construction of the Providence Convention Center. Mr. Horsford possesses a BS in Structural Civil Engineering and Business Management from Brown University. Mr. Horsford has also successfully completed the City of New York, Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) "Management Alternatives to Abandonment Training Course" at the top of his class. Finally, Mr. Horsford is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board where he plays an active role in the real estate and development issues of the city.
	Edward Poteat Director of New Business Development Mr. Poteat is responsible for client relations, joint venture relations, and development activities. He previously worked as a Mortgage Officer at Chase Community Development Corporation where he financed affordable housing projects. Mr. Poteat holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Urban Planning from Yale University.
	Alyah Horsford Chief Administrative Officer Ms. Horsford is responsible for all bookkeeping and administrative functions at Apex. Through her extensive experience in City government, she assists clients in obtaining all necessary governmental permits and licenses to commence and complete a job. Prior to joining Apex, Ms. Horsford worked for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development. She also was a senior manager at two property management companies. Ms. Horsford attended the City University of New York.
	Ramiro Baldeon Senior Project Manager Mr. Baldeon is responsible for all field operations of the firm. He coordinates the activities of all laborers and subcontractors. Mr. Baldeon also works closely with the architect of the job to design the scope of work and resolve items that may arise during construction. His vast experience in construction management allows him to troubleshoot problems before they occur and ensure that a job is delivered on time and within budget. Prior to joining Apex Building Company, Mr. Baldeon lived in Argentina where he received his B.A. from the University of Argentina and was a licensed architect.
