Our construction management division provides a comprehensive building program, starting with preconstruction services and ending with building commissioning and move-in. We work closely with our clients in a highly collaborative manner, to reach their desired outcomes by addressing all components of the project early and by managing all details of the construction process.
We solicit extensive subcontractor pricing and determine an accurate Guaranteed Maximum Price on an open-book basis, encouraging owner involvement at all times. Our clients find this to be an ideal approach when dealing with tight schedule constraints and highly technical or demanding projects.
